Winter 2025 is just around the corner! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support.
WINTER 2025
WINTER 2025 will be played INDOORS at:

November 7th-December 19th
Games are played in the DOME on Friday Evenings starting at 6:30 PM & ending at 9:00 PM
*Our 6U/7U Division are guaranteed the 6:30 start time
6U/7U, 8U/9U, 10/11U & 12/14U Coed Divisions:
$165.00 registration includes the following:
-Official NFL FLAG Performance Reversible Jersey
-NFL Flag Belt
-6 week season
*Players stay in the same age division for Fall/Winter/Spring
*The FLAG football calendar runs from August 1st thru July 31st

IMPORTANT DATES:
September 24: Winter registration begins.
October 20: Registration closes. NO LATE REGISTRATION.
After Registration Closes (10/20/25): We will be forming teams, creating schedules, and more during this time.
Rosters and schedules will be posted prior to the start of the season.
October 30: Mandatory Coaches Meeting, Zoom meeting for all coaches and managers.
November 2: Meet & Greet. Teams will meet the coach, receive jersey, flagbelt and any additional merchandise that was ordered.
November 7: 1st Day of games. Games are 40 minutes long.
Since space is limited indoors, there is a small practice space available prior to the game each week for approx 20-30 minutes.
When available, you can check your schedule under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS.
December 19: End of the regular season
Winter Season Game Dates:

Friday, November 7 - 1st game
Friday, November 14 - 2nd game
Friday, November 21 - 3rd game
NO GAMES FRIDAY, November 28th (Thanksgiving weekend)
Friday, December 5 - 4th game
Friday, December 12 - 5th game
Friday, December 19 - 6th game
EQUIPMENT:
*Jerseys, Flag Belts, and a mouth guard must be worn each week. Your jersey and flags, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration, will be given to you at the Meet & Greet. Your player must have a mouth guard to participate. Bring your own, or conveniently purchase at NFL FLAG Table for $5.00 Cash/Venmo/CashApp.
*Athletic pants or shorts without pockets should be worn for practice & games. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets must be taped down to prohibit players' hands or fingers getting caught when pulling flags. We recommend purchasing NFL FLAG Pocket-less Shorts during Registration (but this is not mandatory). The shorts will match the NFL team jersey.
*Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats, athletic shoes or sneakers. No metal cleats.

Touchdown for TOTS - Spring 2026
*This Program is designed for 3-5 year old Girls & Boys.
- If your child is 5 years old, you have the option to register for our TOTS Program or our 6U Division.
- If you are new to flag football, we recommend to begin with the TOTS Program to learn the basics.
- $100.00 registration includes the following:
NFL FLAG performance reversible jersey and NFL flag belt
- 45 minute long sessions each week on Sundays from 12:00 noon until 12:45
- Season runs the same as Spring 2026 with a Meet & Greet followed by 6 weeks of learning the basic FUNdamentals of NFL FLAG football.
- Each week consists of warm-ups, basic drills and HAVING FUN! Scrimmages will be played the last couple weeks of the season. The TOTS Program DOES NOT have weekly practice before their program.
**The focus each week will always be GLFFL CORE VALUES, which are: Have FUN, Good Sportsmanship, Teamwork & Family Values
